PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The RJFA Girls Flag Football program gives Ridgewood girls the opportunity to learn and play flag football in a supportive, fun and competitive environment.  The league is designed to build confidence, teamwork and football fundamentals while creating a positive team experience.  Girls flag is open to players in grades 3 through 8 and welcomes both beginners and experienced athletes.  Players practice weekly and compete in Sunday morning games during the Spring season.
