The Ridgewood Junior Football Association offers flag football as a fun, developmental way for young athletes to build football knowledge, confidence, and teamwork in a non-contact setting. Our flag football program focuses on fundamentals, sportsmanship, and game understanding while giving every athlete the opportunity to participate and improve. Families can expect an organized, welcoming environment that emphasizes learning and enjoyment.
